Pick-up from your hotel/hostel in Cappadocia at 07:30 and drive to Corum (Hattusas) which was the capital of the Hittite Kingdom for a long time. Before visiting the main capital, we proceed to Yazılıkaya to see the open air sanctuary as the sun light comes on the bas-reliefs direct in the morning. We will get our lunch in a local restaurant. After the lunch we visit the archaeological site of Hattusas, former capital of the Hittite Empire which is notable for its urban organization, the types of construction that have been preserved (temples, royal residences, fortifications), the rich ornamentation of the Lions' Gate and the Royal Gate and Tunnel. Then we drive back to Cappadocia
